Title and Masthead of magazine

I have chosen the title of my magazine to be "Indie" as I have explained before in my blog I have done this because the term indie is another word for the world Alternative which of course is the genre of my magazine. For my masthead I had taken influences from popular mastheads and logos such as "Supreme" and "Spin" to create my own masthead.

For My masthead I decided to use the Swatch it font, this is a font used by the Swatch company for their logo, I like the look of the font and all together with the plain red background the fnt gives me a very indie vibe which I am sure my audience can relate with.
