After I signed up for Survey Monkey I quickly learned that the service does not give you an option to create your own questionnaires but rather choose preset questions relating to the category you had chosen for questionnaire. I had since then changed the site I will be using for my questionnaire from Surveymonkey.com too Questionpro.com, this site not only allows you create questions for your survey, but it also allows you to import questionnaires you have already created on Microsoft word.
After I had done some research I had then realised that the type of audience that I need for my questionnaires will not be reachable through sites such as Surveymonkey and Questionpro so instead of creating surveys online, I can create traditional surveys on word and hand them out to friends and I can also email friends and likewise teens questions for my surveys awaiting for their response.
